How
Use tuya-cloudcutter or tuya-convert — OTA flash, no soldering. Then point at Home Assistant or run standalone. Karen never knows it changed.

Note
Add a callout: where does the relay box live? Velcro to bed frame rail, away from motor heat, with cable strain relief (zip-tie loop) so a yank on the splice doesn't tear solder joints.
Why
Bed motors generate heat. Cleaning crew bumps things. Cables snag. Lasted-a-week vs. lasted-5-years often comes down to mechanical, not electrical.
"Manual Remote Always Works" Callout
Why
Currently the only top-of-page banner is a red warning. Add a green reassurance box: even if WiFi/internet/Alexa all die, the original remote still works. That's a Karen-confidence thing.
